Many Restore patients have lived with serious conditions for many years, often losing any hope of finding a solution or affording expensive dental procedures. Every person and every situation is unique. The path to restoration starts with personal connection.

Let’s Talk!
Potential patients take the first step by reaching out to Restore Dental. Our team connects to these individuals to understand each person’s history, challenges, and goals. We provide information about our program and make sure the patients are aware and taking advantage of other potentially helpful resources in the community.
Step 2
Consultation
For patients wishing to apply for a Restore Dental grant, we schedule a no-cost consultation with one of our qualified dental partners. The evaluating dentist provides an assessment and treatment plan for each patient.
Step 3
Application
After their consultation, patients can fill out their application for funding. This application is kept confidential and will give the grant committee all of the information they need to understand their situation, medically and financially.
Step 4
Impact
Many applicants will experience life-changing procedures from one of the dentists in Restore’s partner network. Whether a patient receives a full mouth rehabilitation, access to other community resources, or simply sees the restorative love of Jesus through our staff and volunteers, we are committed to making every patient interaction a positive experience.
